Mitigation and Restoration Response Times

• Within 1 hour of notice of loss, our team will contact you.

One of our staff members will contact you and ask you questions regarding your emergency. This will help our team determine how many people will need to arrive, what equipment will be needed, and any other resources we may need for the task at hand. 

• Within 4 hours, we will arrive to start the process.

These four hours give our skilled team time to gather resources and to arrive on the scene in time. Once our team arrives, we can identify the scope of work and start working on the damage and prevent further damage to the home or the building. 

• Within 8 hours of arrival, we will do a verbal briefing of the work needed to complete the project. 

Once the emergency is under control, our team will brief you on the scope of work and plan accordingly for the completion of the project with you.

Ribbon cutting ceremony with the Brownsville Haywood County Chamber of Commerce.

We would like to introduce ourselves.  We opened a new SERVPRO franchise to serve the residents and businesses of Fayette, Haywood, Hardeman and Lauderdale Counties in West Tennessee in the last quarter of 2019.  

We are Shawn and Amy McDowell.  We have been SERVPRO franchise owners since 2008.  We were born and raised in West Tennessee and have a great understanding of the area.

We first opened a SERVPRO franchise in Fort Smith, AR in 2008.  We moved from the Memphis area to Fort Smith just for opening the franchise, not knowing a soul there.  After 10 years in Arkansas, home started calling.  After much thought and consideration, we decided to sell the business in Arkansas and move back home to West Tennessee, purchasing the new franchise, SERVPRO of Fayette, Haywood, Hardeman and Lauderdale Counties.

We will miss the wonderful people of Fort Smith and the great friends we made there, but we are excited to be back home with friends and family and are ready to serve our customers and our communities.  Please don't hesitate to call us with any needs you have.  We have the experience to deal with any situation or loss, no matter the size or scope.
